These terms govern your access to and use of the websites at the-atlas-project.net and its product subdomains (collectively, "the Sites"), operated by The Atlas Project ("we", "us"). By using the Sites you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

The Sites and the products

The Atlas Project is a studio of independent software products. Each product is presented on its own subdomain and may have its own additional terms, pricing, and account requirements that apply when you sign up for or purchase that product. Where product-specific terms conflict with these terms, the product-specific terms control for that product.

Free scans and demonstrations

Several products offer a free "scan" or interactive demonstration. Results shown in a demonstration are illustrative and provided "as is" without warranty. Figures, estimates, and sample outputs do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice, and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of any outcome, recovery, or revenue.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Sites, attempt to break security or rate limits, or access data you are not authorised to access.
• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute content or product output except as expressly permitted.
• Do not use the Sites to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

If you provide your email address to follow updates or join a waitlist, you consent to receive occasional related messages. You can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Intellectual property

The Sites, their design, copy, and underlying software are owned by The Atlas Project and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Product names and marks are used to identify the respective products. Third-party names (such as platforms a product integrates with) belong to their owners and are referenced for compatibility and description only.

Disclaimers and liability

The Sites are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Sites after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
